Above the rim...

The Boys & Girls Club of Lebanon basketball program is broken up into two different seasons: Early Winter Basketball (EWB) and Late Winter Basketball (LWB). EWB is for kids in grades Kindgarten through 4th grade. Practices usually begin the first week in November and games the last week of November. All games will be in the Club gym. The Kindergarten players will have four clinics throughout the season, but will not participate in an organized league.

LWB is for those in 5th through 8th grade. The teams will be split into "recreational" and "select" teams based on tryouts usually held the last week of October. Tryouts are not mandatory, but everyone is encouraged to tryout. Travel teams will begin practice in mid-November and recreational teams will start practice in mid-December. Select teams will play roughly 35-40 games between league and tournament play. Recreational teams will play a league schedule consisting of 14 games.

No matter what age or skill level, the Boys & Girls Club of Lebanon Basketball program is a great way to stay active during the winter months. With knowledgeable and passionate coaches, kids will have a fun time learning how to play basketball...so sign up at the Club today.
