Track and field offers something for everyone. Whether it’s throwing, jumping or running events, kids will have a great time learning the dynamics of this sport. Offered for 3rd through 5th graders, kids will have the chance to work on technique and general fitness in a fun environment.

Track practices will generally be held twice a week, with meets being held at the high school or around the region. Kids will get a chance to try different events and work with different coaches throughout the season.

Our coaches are knowledgably and passionate about the sport of track and field and work hard to teach kids the basic and advanced techniques of each event.
